I HEREBY AUTHORIZE service as set forth below under Terms and Conditions of Full
Keel Marine Services and agree to pay for parts, labor, and other charges. I
understand that payment is due upon completion of the work and before I pick up
the vessel. I understand and agree that a late fee of 1.5% will be added to the
total of an unpaid balance after 15 days past the date of invoice. I understand
and agree that I will owe 15% per annum interest on any unpaid balance. I
understand and agree to pay the attorney’s fee on any unpaid balance and
interest.
Terms and Conditions of Full Keel Marine Services Request
- Hourly Rate $185
- Mileage Rate of $2.25 per miles, plus tolls, if applicable.
- A deposit is required for any parts or materials needed to complete the required service exceeding a cost of $1,000
- I hereby authorize the requested services to be performed with the necessary material(s) and hereby grant Full Keel Marine Services (FKMS) permission to operate the boat herein described on local waterways for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
- I hereby authorize Full Keel Marine Services and its agents, to communicate via phone, text, USPS, or email.
- CANCELLATION: You will be charged one (1) hour labor if you do not cancel your work order 48 hours prior to your scheduled service date or, if no exact service date is given, the first day of your given service date range which will be provided upon return of this document.
- Engine(s) cannot be started or run without the consent of Full Keel Marine Services (FKMS) or work related warranty will be void.
- Any damage, blemishes etc. must be reported within 48 hours of FKMS getting off the boat.
- Full Keel Marine Services is not responsible for the unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments beyond our control or for the loss or damage to the boat or articles in the boat in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.
- Full Keel Marine Services does not guarantee or warranty parts that are supplied by the customer.
- ESTIMATE: A diagnostic charge may be charged to establish an estimate of total cost for the purpose of obligating funds and establishing a ceiling that may not be exceeded without the prior approval of the customer.
- TRAVEL: I agree to pay the mobile / off-site mechanical work labor rate for the technician’s travel time to and from the work site.
- By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes the contractor to proceed with the completion of the project even if the final cost exceeds the original estimate by up to $1,500 or 10% whichever is greater, when such additional work is reasonably necessary to complete the project. The customer agrees to pay the final invoice upon completion according to the contractor’s payment terms.
